Transfers are tickets that allow you to change buses from one route to another anywhere routes meet or intersect. All transfers are free, however you must obtain your transfer ticket from your operator at the beginning of your trip when you pay your fare. Please be aware that transfers may not be used to reboard a bus on the same route or for return trips.

Passes

If you ride the bus frequently or even daily then you should obtain a pass. A pass is simply a Lextran card that allows you to ride any of our buses without having to have exact change. By purchasing a pass you will also save money! You can obtain an ID card at LexTran’s transfer station in the Transit Center, Monday through Friday. Currently Lextran has a number of bus pass programs targeted for different individuals. Pass programs currently in operation are:

• Class Pass
• MetroLex 30 Day Ride Pass
• Elderly/Disabled MetroLex 30 Day Ride Pass
• 20-Ride Punch Pass
• 20-Ride Youth Pass
