All LexTran positions come with a variety of employee benefits. We offer excellent Medical Benefits, where employee coverage is free and dependent coverage is very affordable. Our plan includes small Co-Pays for each doctor visit and small Co-Pays for prescriptions.

LexTran also offers an excellent vacation plan. Our vacation plans also work on a graduated scale starting from one week of vacation after one year up to five weeks of paid vacation after twenty years. LexTran offers an excellent sick leave program and 10 paid holidays per year.

Retirement and 401K Plans are available as well as Life and Disability Insurance. Employees and their immediate family get free transportation, and employees are eligible to join the Metro Credit Union.
