Bus Passes

Bus passes can be purchased online or at the following locations:

Transit Center @ 200 East Vine St
Administrative Offices @ 109 West Loudon
Kroger Stores (30-day unlimited pass only) Lexington, Versailles, Winchester Nicholasville and Richmond

Transfers

Transfers are tickets that allow you to change buses from one route to another anywhere routes meet or intersect. All transfers are free, however you must obtain your transfer ticket from your operator at the beginning of your trip when you pay your fare. Please be aware that transfers may not be used to reboard a bus on the same route or for return trips.

ID Cards

You can obtain an ID card at LexTran’s Transit Center on Vine St.

Please Note: A valid Medicare card qualifies applicant for Senior bus fare or I.D. Card.

Save Money with Passes!

If you ride the bus frequently or even daily then you should obtain a pass to save money and time.

Adult 20 Ride Ticket		Pass valid for 20 rides	$15.00
Youth 30-day Get Around Pass		Pass is valid for thirty rides Youth ages 6 - 18 years	$20.00
Adult 30 Day Unlimited Pass		Pass is valid for unlimited rides until 30 days from the date of first use	$30.00
Elderly/Disabled 30 Day Unlimited Pass		Pass is valid for unlimited rides until 30 days from the date of first use	$15.00
Class Pass	Every Student, Every School, Unlimited Access For a Semester, or for the School Year If You Go to College... If You Go to Vocational School... If You Go to High School... If You Go to Middle School or even Grade School! The Class Pass is open to any Student in any school in Lexington/Fayette County, grade school through college. Pass Details and Limitations

Pass does not expire.
Pass is valid on all Lexington fixed routes (except Wheels paratransit service or any express route).
Pass is not valid for either full or partial fare on LexTran's football, basketball, Keeneland Express or any other similar special bus service.
Pass will become void if altered, erased, or torn.
Pass is Non-Refundable
Pass will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
